To the opposite side are the 4 queen size bedrooms, all with fine cotton bedding, air conditioning, ensuite bathrooms and each with access to large private outdoor terraces. Flowing from the lounge is the open plan kitchen with all the modern conveniences and large dining table, fashioned from a solid piece of wood and seating for 12. The villa is equipped with a sound system throughout for listening to your music wherever you are in the house, or even when you are outside. There is wifi & satellite tv in the lounge and each bedroom.

Outdoor living is the emphasis at this private Formentera villa. Its has a sundeck terrace on top with stunning panoramic views and plunge pool for cooling off. The large covered terrace off the lounge provides a fantastic space for dining with a view and includes a large chillout space with central fireplace, while numerous chillout zones and hammocks are scattered around the grounds of the house to make the most of the Formentera sun. There is also 2 outdoor baths for making most of the starry skies while having a twilight soak.

Although you can walk down the hill to a rocky swimming area within 10 minutes.
