Villa Tramuntana is an exclusive luxury residence in Mallorca in a fantastic location with exceptional sea and mountain views.

Set high up in the dramatic scenery of the Tramuntana mountains on the west coast of Mallorca, this elegant secluded villa is surrounded by 28 acres of rustic gardens and olive groves, and is situated on the outskirts of the delightful village – Deia.

Villa Tramuntana enjoys one of the most prestigious and elevated locations in the area and offers exceptional panoramic sea and mountain views. It has several different terraces for you to enjoy – all with spectacular views, perfect for outside dining and breathing in the fresh air of the mountains.

The outdoor lounge area is the ideal place for you to enjoy the stunning sunsets and the inviting infinity pool can be heated which makes the house available to enjoy all year round.
The chic interior of the Villa Tramuntana has been done up to a high standard with a careful combining of traditional antique pieces with modern finery and technologies.

The main living room offers comfortable sofas where you can relax at the end of the day with a book from the extensive library. There is also a separate sitting area with wood-burning stove, TV area and piano for cosy evenings chatting with friends.
The fully equipped modern kitchen and formal dining area both lead out onto the pool terrace and there is a Bose & Sonos music system that allows you to enjoy the music of your own taste throughout the main floor and swimming pool terrace.

On the lower ground floor, you have the master suite along with a gym and a private terrace.

Housekeeping is provided 5 hours/day, 6 days/week.
