End of stay cleaning included?
Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Minimum stay
7 nights. All other durations on request.

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking at this property (or full payment if booking within 12 weeks of departure).
Please note that housekeeping is included in the rental price; Cleaning 6 hours per day, Monday - Saturday. Towels and linen changed twice per week.
Other Ts and Cs
A copy of the lead persons passport must be sent as soon as the deposit payment is made. If the lead person, at this stage, does not have a valid passport then an alternative person will need to be the lead person of the booking. The owner will not accept the booking unless he has a copy of a passport is submitted.
