End of stay cleaning included?
Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Changeover day
Flexible. From 2025, the changeover day will be Thursday between 10/07 - 04/09.

Pool heating charge?
For those who require pool heating, this is available and included in the rental price between November - April inclusive. Outside of these months, this will be at an additional cost of £100 per week (to be paid to OT prior to travel). This extra is only available on request, and with prior arrangement before arrival. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.

- Please note that the air conditioning runs on a timer and will automatically turn off after 2 hours of use.
- In order to book this property, the lead guest must be over 18 years of age.
- First child under the age of 2 years at the time of travel says free of charge.
- Cots and high chairs are available on request and at an additional cost of £15 per week per item, paid directly to OT before travel.
