The expansive living room, adorned with a grand fireplace and sumptuous seating, opens onto a delightful Moroccan garden and a terrace overlooking the azure waters. A culinary dream, the state-of-the-art kitchen is perfect for both intimate dinners and grand gatherings, boasting top-tier appliances and generous dining space.

End of stay cleaning included?
Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price.
Minimum stay
4 nights during low season, 7 nights during peak season. All other durations on request.
Changeover day
Saturday.
Pets welcome?
Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed?
Smoking and vaping are not permitted.
Pool heating charge?
Pool heating is available only from 1st November until 1st April at an extra cost of €500 per week (to be pre-paid to OT prior to arrival) Please note that like all heated pools pool heating and water temperature ar reliant on weather an outside temperatures
Tax
Balearic Eco Tourist Tax of €2.20 per person per night for over 16's is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid prior arrival via a link direct to the supplier.
Other Ts and Cs
- A cleaning service is available and included in the rental price 5 days per week/4 hours a day.
- A change of bed linen and towels is included in the rental price twice per week.
- For events and weddings, loud music must be stopped at midnight, however, you can continue socialising with friends and families until 1.30 am without loud music.
