On the ground floor, two well-appointed bedrooms cater to guests’ preferences—one featuring a plush double bed and the other offering two single beds, ensuring ease of access without the need to navigate stairs.
For those desiring added seclusion, an adjoining annexe expands the accommodation options with two additional bedrooms: a tranquil double and a comfortable twin, each thoughtfully designed to provide privacy while still being part of the overall villa experience. Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

7 nights. All other durations on request.
Changeover day
Flexible. Between 05/07/2025 - 02/08/2025, Saturday only and between 17/08/2025 - 07/09/2025, Sunday only.

Pool heating charge?
For those who require pool heating, this is available and included in the rental price between November - April inclusive. Outside of these months, this will be at an additional cost of £100 per week (to be paid to OT prior to travel). This extra is only available on request, and with prior arrangement before arrival. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.

- Cots and High Chairs available upon request at an additional cost of £15 per week, per item, paid directly to OT prior to travel. Please request during the booking process.
- The first child under the age of 2 years old at the time of travel stays free. Please enquire during the booking process.
- Please note that the air conditioning can also provide heat during winter months.
- In order to book this property, the lead guest must be over 18 years old.
