Casa Risco accommodates up to six guests with three beautifully appointed bedrooms—two featuring plush double beds, and a third ideal for children or friends, furnished with two single beds.
Beyond the villa, Puerto del Carmen dazzles with its vibrant beaches and a lively promenade, offering an abundance of amenities, from gourmet dining options to chic boutiques and lively bars. End of stay cleaning included?
Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Pool heating charge?
For those who require pool heating, this is available and included in the rental price between November - April inclusive. Outside of these months, this will be at an additional cost of £100 per week (to be paid to OT prior to travel). This extra is only available on request, and with prior arrangement before arrival. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.

- Please note that during high season, all bookings will be based on the max capacity rate.
- In order to book this property, the lead guest must be over 18 years old.
- The first child under the age of 2 years old at the time of travel stays free. Please enquire during the booking process.
- The air conditioning in all of the bedrooms can also provide heat during the winter months.
