End of stay cleaning included?
Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

5 nights during low season, 7 nights during peak season. All other durations on request.

Pool heating charge?
For those who require pool heating, this will be included in the rental price between November & April inclusive. Outside of these dates, and if required, pool heating will be an additional £125 per week (paid to OT with the balance). Please request during the booking process. This extra is only available on request, and with prior arrangement before arrival. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.
