The villa itself features an expansive open-plan living space, highlighted by a gleaming white kitchen equipped with top-of-the-line appliances. A chic glass dining table complements the modern aesthetic, while plush sofas invite relaxation after a day of exploration, offering entertainment options that include Sky Sports and UK television channels. Sunlight floods the living area through a wall of glass doors, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere.
The master suite boasts a sumptuous super king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom, while two additional bedrooms share a stylish family bathroom. Yes, included in the rental price. Please note that air conditioning is available as an optional extra, (in the main bedroom, twin single bedroom and the lounge) at an extra €185 per week paid locally - just ask when booking.

Linen & towels included?
Yes, included in the rental cost. Please note that linen and towel changes/cleaning will come at an additional cost of €7 per person.

End of stay cleaning included?
Extra €90 per booking to be paid locally, in cash. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning , laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal will be charged against the security deposit.

Pool heating charge?
For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of €145 per week between May - September (to be paid locally on arrival). Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.
