A modern kitchen, equipped with a breakfast bar, and a cozy twin bedroom with an en-suite shower enhance the ground floor’s appeal, alongside a fully equipped gym that opens directly to the sparkling saltwater pool and terrace.
Ascend to the first floor to discover three well-appointed double bedrooms, each adorned with a chic blend of modern furnishings and classic accents. One boasts an en-suite shower, while the others share a tastefully designed mosaic bathroom. An additional communal area features an eight-seater TV lounge equipped with Smart TV, Netflix, and an Xbox, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.

A security deposit will be required, the amount will be confirmed on booking.
Arrival time
Between 4.00 pm - 8.00 pm. After 8.00 pm, a late arrival fee of €65 will apply rising to €100 after 11.00 pm, to be paid in cash on arrival.

Not included in the rental price, extra €25 per day to be paid in cash on arrival.

End of stay cleaning included?
Yes and mid-stay cleaning for stays of 14+ nights also included. A light mid-stay clean (maximum duration of 2 hours) will also be carried out for stays of 7 days. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Saturday during June and September, inclusive. Flexible during other periods.
Pets welcome?
On request only and with prior agreement with the owner. If accepted, a pet supplement of €25 per pet per day will apply, to be paid in cash on arrival. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed and they must weigh under 3 kilos each.

Tax
Balearic Eco Tourist Tax of €2.20 per person per night for over 16's is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid locally in cash on arrival.

There is a 1 bedroom study/casita with bathroom/kitchenette also available on the premises and the price is not included in the advertised rates. Please add theses costs to the advertised rates if you wish to reserve the 2 person casita there will be an extra cost. Please request the casita before your arrival so that it can be prepared and ready.

- The owner provides a laundry service at an extra cost and also a pre-arrival shopping service. Please let us know if you required these services so that we can notify the owner.

- This accommodation does not allow guests under the age of 25, if there are guests under the age of 25 then the security deposit increases to €3000 but please confirm beforehand if the booking can be accepted.
- Parties, events and the overcrowding of the property are strictly forbidden.
