The adjacent BBQ terrace is an idyllic setting for al fresco dining, where you can indulge in refreshing beverages as the sun sets. The villa is thoughtfully arranged over two levels, showcasing modern comforts throughout. The ground floor greets you with a spacious hallway leading to a tastefully appointed lounge, seamlessly connecting to a covered poolside terrace. The contemporary American-style kitchen, equipped with a breakfast bar, makes culinary endeavors effortless, while providing access to a charming garden terrace.
Accommodations include a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower, a double bedroom with garden views and walk-in wardrobes, and another double room with direct garden access. Ascending to the first floor, a galleried landing reveals breathtaking sea vistas from the expansive upper terrace. The luxurious master suite features an en-suite shower, a cozy sitting area, and access to the upper terrace, where spectacular views await. Two additional double bedrooms, each with en-suite facilities, offer either sea views or garden-side access.
For your convenience, separate WC facilities are available on both levels. The villa’s air conditioning operates on a pre-set timer, with 24-hour access available upon request for an additional fee.
