The fully equipped kitchen stands ready for culinary adventures, whether you’re whipping up light bites or sumptuous feasts. Convenience is paramount with a shared family bathroom featuring a shower on this level.
The ground floor hosts the first of the spacious bedrooms, complete with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, offering direct access to the tranquil patio. Ascend to the upper floor to discover two additional bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with twin singles—both boasting en-suite facilities and sharing a generous terrace that showcases awe-inspiring mountain and sea panoramas.
Step outside to discover your personal oasis, where comfortable seating beckons you to unwind and an outdoor dining table invites al fresco meals. The grill awaits your culinary flair, and the expansive pool offers a refreshing escape under the Lanzarote sun.
A security deposit will be required, the amount will be confirmed on booking.

End of stay cleaning included?
Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit

7 nights during peak season. 4 nights all other times. All other durations on request.

Pool heating charge?
For those who require pool heating, this is available and included in the rental price between November - April inclusive. Outside of these months, this will be at an additional cost of £100 per week (to be paid to OT prior to travel). This extra is only available on request, and with prior arrangement before arrival. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.

- Please note that the advertised price is based on 4 people, an extra person would have an extra cost of £15 per person, per day.
- Please note that during high season, all bookings will be based on the max capacity rate.
- First child under the age of 2 years at the time of travels stays free. Please enquire.
- Additional cleaning/change of linen and towels provided weekly or mid-stays of 10 - 13 nights.
- The lead guest must be at least 18 years of age.
- Please be considerate of your neighbours and mindful of noise levels.
