Villa Carta invites you to indulge in a serene escape, elegantly nestled within an exclusive residential enclave yet mere moments from the vibrant pulse of Puerto del Carmen. Here, an array of fine restaurants, lively bars, and convenient shops awaits, while the enchanting old harbour and pristine golden beaches are just a short drive away.
Step inside this luminous abode, where a grand entrance hall seamlessly flows into an expansive split-level dining and lounge area, graced by soaring ceilings. Accommodating up to twelve guests, the villa boasts six meticulously appointed bedrooms: two luxurious master suites with super king beds and en-suite bathrooms, two additional rooms with a double and single bed, another featuring a double bed, and a twin-bedded sanctuary. Each space is thoughtfully designed for comfort, enhanced by both air conditioning and ceiling fans.
The villa features four tastefully designed bathrooms, including two en-suites showcasing bath and separate shower facilities, a unique bathroom adorned with striking lava stone walls and a sunken bath, and an extra shower room for added convenience. The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary haven, outfitted with modern appliances such as an oven, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and washing machine.
Venture outside to discover an inviting electrically heated swimming pool—available from November to April—complete with Roman steps and a small children’s pool. Enclosed by high walls for utmost privacy, the pool area is a sun-drenched retreat, complete with loungers, stylish patio furniture, a built-in barbecue, and a refreshing poolside shower. For leisurely entertainment, a pool table and dartboard await, ensuring delightful family moments.
A security deposit will be required, the amount will be confirmed on booking.

End of stay cleaning included?
Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Pool heating charge?
For those who require pool heating, this is available and included in the rental price between November - April inclusive. Outside of these months, this will be at an additional cost of £100 per week (to be paid to OT prior to travel). This extra is only available on request, and with prior arrangement before arrival. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.
