The living area boasts plush white sofas that create an inviting atmosphere against the rich tones of dark wooden floors. The dining room, with its striking wine-red accent wall, features an impressive wooden table surrounded by crisp white chairs, perfect for memorable meals shared among friends and family. The kitchen is a culinary haven, adorned with bright white cabinetry and sleek granite surfaces, creating a joyful space for culinary creativity.
On the ground floor, three elegantly appointed bedrooms await. Two spacious rooms, each with double beds and en-suite bathrooms, offer sumptuous retreats, while a third room, complete with two singles and a luxurious en-suite, caters to varying needs. Ascend to the upper level, where the fourth bedroom, graced with a double bed, opens onto a delightful balcony that promises serene views.
Enhancing the villa’s allure are two thoughtfully designed annexes. The first features a secluded double bedroom with an en-suite, perfect for guests seeking privacy. The second annexe, a short stroll from the main residence, encompasses a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a cozy living area, ensuring ample space for relaxation and connection.

A security deposit will be required, the amount will be confirmed on booking.

End of stay cleaning included?
Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access?
Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price.
Minimum stay
7 nights during low season. 14 nights during peak season.
Changeover day
Saturday during peak season. All other times, flexible.
Pets welcome?
Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed?
Smoking & Vaping are not permitted.
Pool heating charge?
For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of €75 per night (to be paid to OT with the balance). Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.
