End of stay cleaning included?
No. €260, payable to OT with the balance payment. This is for a standard changeover clean. Guests should be respectful of the property and leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Pool heating charge?
For those who require pool heating, this is available at an additional cost of €500 per week, please enquire. This extra is only available on request, and with prior arrangement before arrival. Tax
Balearic Eco Tourist Tax of €2.20 per person per night for over 16's is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid locally in cash upon arrival to the villa manager/owner.
