- As per the owners request, please make sure to remove rubbish on your departure day or you may risk being charged €50 from your security deposit.
- One cot and one high chair are available on request and included in the rental price. An additional cot will be at an extra cost of €25 per unit and an additional high chair will be at an extra cost of €15 per unit, to be paid to the owner. Please request during the booking process.
- Please note that you will have to provide your arrival information and guest information in advance of your stay.
- This villa does not accept groups of young people (except families).
- Parties and events are strictly prohibited at this property.
