End of stay cleaning included?
Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning , laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal will be charged against the security deposit.
Linen & towels included?
Yes, changed twice a week. Pool towels can be provided for an additonal charge of €8 per towel (to be paid locally)

7 nights during July and August. 4 nights for the rest of the year.

Balearic Eco Tourist Tax of €2.20 per person per night for over 16's is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid prior to arrival within the second payment. A link may be sent you directly from the property.
