Tax
There is a Balearic Eco Tourist Tax of €2.20 per person per night for over 16's for the first 9 nights, reducing to €1.10 per person per night thereafter. This is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid to Olivers Travels with the balance payment.
Insurance
Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
