Upon entering the villa, you are welcomed into a spacious open-plan living and kitchen area, designed for both relaxation and entertaining. The kitchen, adorned with elegant granite countertops, is fully equipped to inspire your culinary endeavors, allowing you to craft delightful Spanish feasts. The adjoining dining space features a grand wooden table and expansive patio doors that seamlessly merge indoor and outdoor living, creating an inviting atmosphere for warm evenings.
Each bedroom in Villa Markel boasts luxurious en-suite bathrooms, complemented by rich wooden floors and generous built-in wardrobes. The master suite, with its king-size bed, provides a serene retreat, while the two additional bedrooms, fitted with twin beds, are perfect for younger guests.
Outside, the expansive main terrace and garden unfold, accessible from both the lounge and dining areas. Here, multiple cozy nooks invite you to relax, whether under the charming pagoda, on a sunbed by the pool, or in the shaded seating area. The private pool, ideal for refreshing dips or playful splashes, awaits your enjoyment, though parents should note the unfenced perimeter for the safety of little ones. End of stay cleaning included?
Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit

Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price.
Minimum stay
5 nights. All other durations on request.
Changeover day
Flexible. For 2025, the changeover day will be Thursdays between 03/07 - 04/09.
Pool heating charge?
For those who require pool heating, this is available and included in the rental price between November - April inclusive. Outside of these months, this will be at an additional cost of £100 per week (to be paid to OT prior to travel). This extra is only available on request, and with prior arrangement before arrival. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.

- Cots and High Chairs available upon request at an additional cost of £15 per week, per item (to be paid to OT with the balance).
- Please note that the roof terrace is available for adults only due to health and safety requirements.
- The first child under the age of 2 years at the time of travel stays free.
- Additional cleaning/change of linen and towels is provided weekly or mid-stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights.
- Pool towels are provided and included in the rental price.
- In order to book the property, the lead guest must be over 18 years old.
- Please be considerate of your neighbours and mindful of noise levels.
