Villa Occidental boasts three elegantly appointed bedrooms, designed with both aesthetics and practicality in mind. Two of the rooms feature sumptuous double beds, while the third offers versatility with twin beds that seamlessly convert into a double, catering to the diverse needs of your party. The interiors exude sophistication, with two inviting living areas adorned in tasteful decor. Each space is equipped with plush sofas and opens onto a sunlit terrace, creating an atmosphere perfect for leisurely relaxation.

End of stay cleaning included?
Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Pool heating charge?
For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional cost of €150 per stay, to be paid locally on arrival. This extra is only available on request, and with prior arrangement before arrival. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.
Tax
Balearic Eco Tourist Tax of €2.20 per person per night for over 16's is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid locally in cash on arrival.
